Publication Frequency
The Journal of Ethnic and Cultural Studies (JECS) is a peer-reviewed scholarly online journal. Since its establishment in 2014, the journal has progressively increased its publication frequency to meet growing submission volumes and maintain timely dissemination of research.

Current Schedule (2026 Onwards)
JECS publishes four regular issues per year (February, May, August, November). In addition, special thematic issues are published regularly to accommodate high-quality proposals and emerging topics in ethnic and cultural studies.
All issues are published online with open access.
JECS is committed to timely dissemination of research through a consistent publication schedule.
